All products sold by Stitch & Tail Co. are intended exclusively for use with domesticated animals unless expressly stated otherwise.

Our products are NOT designed, manufactured, or marketed:

  • For medical or veterinary treatment

  • As indestructible chew devices

  • For unsupervised aggressive chewing

By purchasing or using any product from Stitch & Tail Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following safety conditions and liability limitations.

1. CHOKING, INGESTION & STRANGULATION HAZARD WARNING

Certain products may contain:

  • Fabric fibers

  • Decorative elements

  • Hardware, buckles, fasteners, or attachments

  • Removable components

These may present risks including:

  • Intestinal blockage

  • Ingestion

9. CARE & MAINTENANCE DISCLAIMER

10. MODIFICATION PROHIBITED

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stitch & Tail Co., its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and successors from any claims arising from:

  • Third-party claims related to your use

14. CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 NOTICE (If Applicable)

If applicable:

This product may expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm.

15. GOVERNING LAW

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Los Angeles County, California.

16. ARBITRATION & WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL

Any dispute arising from product use shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.

You waive:
